At Need Group Limited, we pride ourselves in providing you with exceptional levels of customer service which extends to our return policy. We endeavour to make every effort to fulfill valid requests for returns and will refund authorised returns as promptly as possible.

However, please do not return any stock to us without first contacting us to discuss the return of your unwanted items. No returned goods will be accepted without our previous authorisation and goods return number.

Should you wish to return any unwanted orders, please contact us with the following details:

Your contact details (Name, address, e-mail and telephone number)
What you would like to return
Your date of purchase
An acceptable reason for return
Order/invoice number

We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.
You may return new, unused item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is based on our error (we sent incorrect or defective items), we will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Once your items are received in our warehouse and checked in properly, you will receive a refund either back to your original payment account . Please allow 7 business days once we have received your return.

Terms of Returns

The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify needbearings.com within 15 days for unwanted goods or 30 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. If the customer fails to notify needbearings.com within 14 days of delivery that they no longer require the goods or 30 days of delivery that their goods are broken or faulty, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. We cannot accept any claims for faulty or broken goods more than 30 days after delivery.

Goods ordered incorrectly may be subject to a handling charge and the value of the goods only will be refunded if the goods are deemed an acceptable condition. We cannot refund our shipping costs. Returns for incorrectly ordered goods will incur a 35% handling charge

Any refunds due to customers will be paid within 7 working days, and wherever possible via the original payment method.
Please note: Returned items will need to be in their original condition as delivered and cannot be accepted if they have been used, fitted or modified.
